Customer Survey

A customer survey has been conducted at a KFC Restaurant.  Most of the customers said that the staffs have been so  kind,  polite and friendly. Plus, they also said the staffs give them an excellent service.  It is important to treat the customer nicely so that they will not become hesitate to come and order again at the restaurant in the future.  

Other than that, the customers said the quality of the chickens are also good and still fresh.  The fried chicken is not grassy and tasty.  They should not have to wait for a long time to make an order.

Meanwhile for the facilities in the KFC Restaurant such as tables, toilet and floor are in neat and clean condition.  The staffs have been trained to clean the table every time customers have left the table.
